Dr. Nikolaos Mourmouras is a Senior Consultant Urologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. His expertise includes minimally invasive, laparoscopic, robotic, and endourological procedures, with a strong focus on delivering personalized, evidence-based care for both benign and complex urological conditions.

Dr. Mourmouras graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he also earned both a Master’s degree in Molecular and Applied Physiology and a PhD focused on bladder cancer research. He is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU) and currently serves as Senior Consultant Urologist at Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus, Greece.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mourmouras has completed advanced postgraduate training in neurourology, urinary incontinence, andrology, and most recently in robotic, laparoscopic, and endourological surgery through a specialized fellowship at the University General Hospital of Patras. His broad clinical experience enables him to provide comprehensive treatment for a wide range of urological disorders using the latest surgical techniques.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Mourmouras is actively involved in scientific research and medical education. He has authored numerous scientific publications, presented at national and international conferences, and regularly participates in professional training and clinical research to ensure his patients benefit from the most advanced treatment options available.
